Hanging Rock Winery |
Established in 1983 by John and Ann Ellis, our flagship wine is our sparkling 'Macedon', a rich, complex, dry-finishing Champagne style sparkling unashamedly modelled on the non-vintage wines of Krug and Bollinger.
