'The Jim Jim' RS Fifty Riesling 2007

The ‘Fifty’ represents grams of sugar per litre, which sounds sweet but is not over the top. It’s a style of wine that is gaining more favour in Australia. The sugar is well balanced by acid and the alcohol is a neat 9%.

This is a style that you just have to try for yourself but within its style bracket I will say it is absolutely right - just so beautifully balanced. And right for the price asked.
