Macedon Rosé wins Sparkling Trophy at the Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition

Macedon NV Brut Rosé won the Trophy for Best Sparkling Wine at the 2008 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition. The award was announced at he Exhibirion Awards Dinner at Macedon Spa on Friday last, October 24th

The judging panel comprised Lester Jesberg (Chairman), Ken Gargett and Nick Stock. The jodges commented that said that the Sparkling wine class was a “very strong class, showing how well suited the region is to sparkling wine production”.

This trophy for Macedon Rosé follows closely on the heels of the Trophy won for Best Sparkling at the Federation Square Showcase Awards for 2008 announced in August.
