Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from the Yin Barun vineyard in North East Victoria. Merlot from the Gralaine vineyard near Geelong and Petit Verdot from Colbinabbin Estate at Heathcote.
Winemaking: Our young French winemaking team has made a wine fitting of their homeland. Careful selection and blending of these famous French varieties has produced a classic food wine.
When to drink: Enjoyable now, this wine will improve in the bottle over 4 – 6 years.
