A meld of fruit across Victorian regions Heathcote, Bendigo and Sunbury, this rich red was raised in a combination of French and American wood. The result is sumptuous, if very ripe: violet scents segue to black fruit allusions bound to liquorice, clove and mace, with a peppery plume of acidity doused in kirsch, serving as the punctuation across the finish.
