Hanging Rock Beef
Cellar Door visitors can take home various cuts of beef, all from two year old grass-fed animals and sold with the same information you would expect to see on a wine label, including age, breed, tasting notes and, of course, suggested wine matches. Cured meats such as Pastrami, Basterma and Bresaola and, occasionally, pies are also available.
