If you are keen to taste restaurant quality, aged and hung meat in your own home then please sign the form and we will let you know when fresh beef becomes available, along with other beef related info from time-to-time.  

As we are dedicated to releasing our meat products when the animal is in its prime, not when market pressures dictate it, we do not have fresh meat available year-round, however frozen beef is generally available.
