We're open 7 days a week, but we've temporarily changed the way we operate
Life’s too short to not be able to get your hands on good wine, so we’re doing all we can to make sure your wine rack is stocked.
We are pleased to advise that our Cellar Door is open daily from 10am til 5pm 7 days for wine tasting and sales, and beef sales. We have also re-introduced our food offering, so you can treat yourself to a glass or bottle of your favourite wine, accompany it with some delicious Australian made and predominantly local produce (cheeses, terrines, rillette, pate, preserves etc), then sit back, relax and stay a while. Why not bring your picnic rug?
However, while we have reinstated almost all of the experiences that we offer, to keep us all safe, in line with our COVIDSafe Plan, we have temporarily changed the way we operate. Here’s a snapshot of what to expect when you visit:
A maximum of two parties of up 10 guests (total) can enjoy a tasting in our Cellar Door at any one time. All guests will need to be seated for their tasting.
At our discretion, we may be able to accommodate a third party provided that we do not exceed our maximum of 10 guests and we can achieve the required social distancing. Additional guests are asked to wait in our marquee – we won’t be long, and our annual outdoor sculpture exhibition, Art in the Vines commences on 21 November, so you'll have plenty to do.
When we’re busy, we may need to keep tastings to 20 minutes and up to six wines of your choice – our staff will guide you through your options so we can tailor the perfect tasting for you.
All guests over the age of 12 years must be wearing a face mask when you arrive. This can be removed when drinking and/or eating.
Upon entry, you will need to leave your contact details with us for traceability purposes.
We encourage all of our guests to have the COVIDSafe app on their smart phone if possible. If you haven't got it, you can download it here.
Here are some of the other measures that are currently in place:
Hand sanitizer is available upon entry.
Social distancing of 1.5m applies, with 4 square metres per person indoors and 2 square metres per person outdoors.
We’re more regularly cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
Our team is practicing the strictest hygiene.
And if a member of our team is feeling unwell, they have been advised not to come to work.
Remember too please, that if you're feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of coronavirus, while we'd love to see you, we look forward to seeing you next time.
We’re doing all we can to keep our world as normal as we can, so that we can continue to deliver a world that’s as normal as possible for you.
If you prefer not to visit at this point in time, remember that you can also Shop Online (we deliver Australia-wide), if you’re nearby you can Click & Collect (just choose pick up when checking out) and we can also do contactless pick up from the front of our Cellar Door.
