Waters studied Fine Art sculpture at RMIT and completed a Post Graduate at the VCA. He has had numerous exhibitions around Melbourne, constantly working with different ideas and materials. Over the last decade he has been employed as a stonemason, specifically restoration, which has informed his work in various ways.
