The Beacon - Salvatori Lolicato

I am a ceramic Artist based in St Kilda Melbourne, Australia. I have been working as a professional Artist and teacher for the past 25 years.

I have developed my work in the following areas:

• Regularily exhibiting my ceramics in galleries in Melbourne, developing the ceramic work from abstract to the figurative. I was chosen to represent Australia in the presigous Art award held in Faenza museum, in Italy.
• I developed a folio of ceramics representing the Ned Kelly mage.
• I have worked with local schools, Adventure playgrounds, Veg Out community garden, south east water and councils developing Community Art projects, from ceramic murals, painted water cans to hand casting installations.
• I have been commissioned to do several face and body castings of clients all over Australia.
