Alongside Matt is Hanging Rock Winery's General Manager, Ruth Ellis. A fifth-generation Australian wine industry professional, Ruth has spent her entire life immersed in wine, having grown up at Hanging Rock Winery. She holds a degree in Wine Marketing and Business and has been a national wine judge for more than a decade. Ruth will guide you through four carefully selected Hanging Rock wines, explaining why each has been perfectly matched to Matt's outstanding cheeses.
